Experience Born in 1973, Soner Sanioğlu graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1996. In 1997, Siyami Ersek began his specialty in Cardiovascular Surgery at the Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital. After completing his specialty training in 2002, he worked as an assistant in the same hospital for 8 years. During this period, he served in military service at GATA Haydarpaşa Education Hospital. In 2007, he received a scholarship from the European Union and received training in endovascular aneurysm repair at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Vascular Surgery Clinic. In 2010, he was appointed to the Clinical Chief of the Cardiovascular Surgery of Samsun Education and Research Hospital successfully in the clinic examination which was opened by the Ministry of Health. In 2011, he was awarded the title of associate professor. In 2012, he left the clinical chief duty and started working in Istanbul Surgical Hospital. He left this hospital in 2013 and served as a lecturer in Yeditepe University Hospital Cardiovascular Surgery Department. Soner Sanioğlu is still on this mission.
